the slopes were calling, and i answered!

ski lockers handy shuttle perfect view

this hotels ski lockers were unbelievable! i walked straight onto the slopes from the hotel. the included shuttle into town was super handy when i needed it. the room view was a perfect ten!

the lift service wasn't super personal because i had to take my own skis to the slopes.

mixed feelings about my stay

inconsistent temperature poor soundproofing

i was pretty frustrated with some aspects of my stay. the shower had inconsistent temperature , it fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. also , the soundproofing was poor , and i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway , it disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

inefficient shuttle limited view

The shuttle service only seemed to have one bus. This caused a wait of 25 minutes in minus 7 weather, REALLY inconvenient. The hotel is on the edge of the village. An efficient shuttle is essential. My room, a Club room sold as Mountain Views, was disappointing. Room 309's view was squeezed between building sides. It was like false advertising!!!
